For thirteen editions, GHCI has been the room where India's women technologists meet the world. 10,000+ women and allies at the last edition — from 205 cities across India. Returning January 2027 — online, open to everyone. The first speakers are announced in September — but seats fill before then.
A platform doesn't create the voice. It just makes sure everyone can hear it. For thirteen editions, that has been our job.
Since 2010, GHCI has gathered women technologists across India and the diaspora — engineers, researchers, founders, students, returners. We've hosted CTOs from Google, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Walmart. Founders of Nykaa, Sheroes, AVTAR. Researchers from IIT, IISc, TIFR. Women returning to tech after a decade away. Students from Tier-3 colleges who left with their first job offers.
The 14th edition is set for January 2027. The full speaker lineup is being finalized — we announce in waves, starting September. The agenda follows. Tickets, however, are open now — and they have always sold out before either is published. That's how the last six editions have gone.
Below: the speakers we've hosted, the partners who've stood with us, the press who've covered us, and the kind of programming you can expect this January. Same calibre. Same care. Same room — just bigger every year.
— The GHCI 27 Programme CommitteeFrom LLMs in production to multimodal systems. The architects of today's AI talking about what they actually built — and what broke.
Distributed systems, platform engineering, observability, FinOps. The plumbing that everything else runs on.
Red teams, blue teams, zero trust, and the strange new world of AI-on-AI attacks. From CISOs and frontline researchers.
Negotiation. Imposter syndrome. The IC-to-manager path. The manager-back-to-IC path. The middle-career questions no one tells you about.
Healthcare access. Climate. Civic tech. Accessibility. The work that matters, told by the people doing it — not the people branding it.
In partnership with ACM India and IEEE WIE. Peer-reviewed work from researchers across the subcontinent and beyond.
Live, build-along labs in small cohorts — leave with something real. Tooling, ML, systems, security, and career skills.
Honouring outstanding women technologists across research, industry, and community impact. The closing-night programme.

A headline close to Day 1, with an on-platform community mixer to follow.
companies have hired GHCI alumni — across 13 editions. These are just a few.
publications have covered GHCI — from Indian newsrooms to the global tech press.
Every keynote and main-stage talk in crisp HD, captioned live as you watch. The stream quietly adapts to your connection — gorgeous on fibre, still smooth on 3G.
Book a focused one-on-one with a senior mentor. Bring the real question — a career pivot, a hard call, a portfolio you're unsure about — and leave with a straight answer.
Sit with someone who hires for a living and have your CV taken apart and rebuilt. Upload it once and let hiring partners find you for the rest of the event.
Get matched with peers and specialists wrestling with the same problems you are, for small-group conversations you'll actually remember.
Run the real thing — technical or behavioural — with an interviewer who gives you honest, specific feedback, plus prep material to study first.
Drop by a partner booth to meet the team, catch a demo, grab resources, or jump on a quick call about the roles they're hiring for.
Take a polished, event-branded portrait in a single tap — background removed for you — and share it the moment it's shot.
Missed a talk, or want to watch it again? Everything is recorded, captioned, and searchable by topic — yours to stream for 45 days after we wrap.
Live captions on every session, screen-reader tested, fully keyboard-navigable, with transcripts afterwards. An audio-only mode and adaptive streaming keep you in the room even on a shaky connection — because not everyone has fibre, and that should never be the thing that keeps you out.
"I came in a final-year student chasing an internship and left with a job offer, a mentor, and my first engineering friends outside college. GHCI didn't change my career — it started it."
"Nowhere else in Asia can you meet this many women engineers at once — and now we reach the ones who can't travel. The hiring pool here is unlike anything else."
"After a three-year career break I wasn't sure I still belonged in the room. I left with two interviews and the confidence to take them."
"Speaking here is different — the questions come from people who'll actually build on your work. It's the most engaged audience I've had."
"From my hostel room in Warangal I sat in the same sessions as engineers at Google and Microsoft. The virtual edition put the whole thing within reach."
"I signed up to give back and ended up learning as much as I shared. Mentoring here recharged me for the whole year."
"We've made more quality hires from three days here than from months of sourcing. It's the most efficient pipeline we run."
"I joined from Singapore and never felt remote — the platform made the hallway conversations happen anyway. Distance simply wasn't a barrier."
Sponsorship packages are designed for direct access to 10,000+ women technologists across India. Title, Platinum, and Gold tiers include keynote slots, custom track sponsorship, dedicated booth space, and access to our hiring platform.
