We answer every email — usually within a day, always within three working days.
Why would I register before the speakers are announced?+
Fair question. Two reasons. First — we've run this event 13 times. Past speakers have included Sirisha Voruganti, Krithiga Reddy, Gangapriya Chakraverti, Ranjani Mani, Kirti Seth, and hundreds of others of that calibre. Wave one of the 2027 lineup announces in September; the full programme is set by mid-October. Second — seats sell out before either is published. They have for the last six editions. And your ticket is transferable to a colleague or peer until 15 December 2026 if your plans change.
When are the speakers and agenda confirmed?+
Wave one of speakers is announced in early September 2026. Wave two follows in October. The full programme — with session times, room assignments, and workshop slots — is published by 27 October. You'll get an email when each announcement goes live.
What does the ₹8,000 ticket actually give me?+
Three days of live programming, every main stage talk and breakaway session, 4 parallel workshops per day, the full platform — Speed Mentorship, Resume Clinic, Brain Date, Mock Interview — 5 sponsor booths plus the AnitaB.org booth, the AI Photo Booth, and 45 days of on-demand access to every recording after the event closes.
Is the ₹8,000 inclusive of taxes?+
Yes. ₹8,000 is the all-in price you pay — GST, platform fees, payment processing — all included. No surprise charges at checkout. We accept UPI, card, and netbanking via Razorpay. For corporate bookings or invoicing, write to

Can I refund or transfer my ticket?+
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your registration to another colleague or peer until 15 December 2026. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Are scholarships available?+
Yes. We allocate 200 scholarships each year — half for students from Tier-2/3 colleges, half for women returning to tech after a career break. Applications open in July. Watch the newsletter or

Do you offer group discounts?+
For groups of 10 or more, we offer 15% off. For company-wide engagement (50+ attendees), our Talent & Partnerships team will design a bespoke package. Write to

Will sessions be captioned and translated?+
Every broadcast session has live captioning in English as standard. Hindi captions are provided on the Main Stage. Sessions on the Career and Tech for Social Good tracks are additionally captioned in Tamil and Telugu. All recordings are captioned in English by Day +5 post-event.
